Shipping Information

We deliver across South Africa with fast, reliable courier service.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered within 3–4 working days. Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Costs

Courier delivery is charged at a flat rate of R99 per order. If you have a valid courier code, you can enter it at checkout to reduce the courier fee to R0.00.

Courier

We ship with The Courier Guy. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched, and you can track it on our Track Order page.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or if no one is available to receive the package.

International Shipping

Currently we ship within South Africa only. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
