By using veravix.co.za and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Products

Veravix transdermal patches are wellness products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment must be received before orders are dispatched.

Payment

We accept credit/debit cards, instant EFT, and manual EFT via PayFast. Manual EFT orders must be paid within 48 hours or will be cancelled.

Shipping

Orders are delivered within 3–4 working days across South Africa via The Courier Guy. Courier delivery is charged at R99 per order unless a valid courier code is applied at checkout. See our Shipping page for full details.

Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Veravix and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Veravix is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
